What do you think of State Senator Maloney's bill (SB1645)? Why are they focusing on the public's access to government records, instead of closing the state's budget deficit?

I think it is ridiculous. Makes me wonder what THIS Senator is up to or what political affiliation is paying him off. However, the bill has already been amended to not include media. The problem is that the media doesn't do anything anyways! It is the citizens that do!
