Fountaindale Public Library Flunks Transparency Test
Joe Bookworm (our volunteer reporter) asked the library board to include the "total cost" for items presented in the Action Report. Instead, the library board decided to blow him off, and not address the cost of several items presented at the meeting. Joe Bookworm left the meeting very frustrated. Lets give him a thumbs up for having the courage to step out and ask questions.

Maybe the Library Board should go into the library grab the dictionary and look up the word Transparency.

Something sounds fishy here...
ReplyDeletePeople in this Cimmunity need to start questioning where and how their tax money is spent, and elect officials that CARE about the people and be more frugal with expenditures.
